Support Assistant
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Scope: To work within the sales team dealing with all administration duties and to deal with calls in and out of the call centre when required.
Purpose: To support the sales & claims teams at all times with all administration duties
Key Tasks
- File all claims files in correct boxes
- File all refunds into correct files
- Ensure that all postage paid requests are sent daily.
- Copy any files or documents when required
- Handle all calls professionally when requested to do so
- Keep up to date with products that we have on offer
- Complete all Training offered
- Work effectively as part of the team
Skills & Knowledge
- Have basic understanding of the claims process
- Know where and how the claims filing system operates
- Know where and how the refunds filing system operates
- Effectively operate the computer system
- Basic working knowledge of Word & Excel
Objectives
- To ensure that all filing is completed first thing in the morning
- All post paid documents to be sent out on the day of printing
- Post to be opened and matched to correct files
- All unmatched post to be looked for on a daily basis
- Demonstrate flexibility in working patterns to meet the needs of the business
