Complaints
In the event that you have a complaint about our service please contact our Operations Manager stating the nature of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days of receipt and advise you how we intend to deal with your complaint.
It is our intention to deal with your complaint within 21 days of initial acknowledgement. If we are unable to deal with your complaint or you are not satisfied with the outcome we will advise you of your options.

If the terms and condition of the policy purchased do not meet your specific requirements we will offer a refund without deduction subject to the following conditions: -
1. You advise us within 14 days of purchasing the policy
2. That the departure date as shown on the certificate of insurance is in future
3. That you have a legitimate reason for cancelling the policy
