Strategic will partially complete you claim form over the telephone, please have your certificate ready as this will greatlly speed up the process of dealing with your claim.
Service Standards
We have worked closely with Strategic and the Underwriter to ensure that your claim is dealt with fairly and efficiently. You can expect the following service standards: -
- Telephone to be answered within 30 seconds
- New claim acknowledged within 5 working days
- All correspondence answered within 5 working days
- Payments issued within 10 working days of finalisation
- Complaints acknowledged within 3 working days and answered within 5 working days
