Michael Barry FCA - Finance and Operations Director

In addition to being Finance and Operations Director, Michael is also Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.  As Operations Director, he is responsible for the development of the Group’s call centre capabilities, claims handling implementation, and training & competence. He is also responsible for all legal matters within the Group, both corporate and human resources related.

He is a chartered accountant with 15 years’ experience gained in general practice, M&A and specialist tax. Apart from Michael’s numerate and analytical skills, he is very people-focused, and has extensive experience of corporate structuring, both tax effective and commercial.

Michael has substantial mid-market experience in accounting, tax, financial modelling skills, and company secretarial, legal and contractual. Michael was formerly a director of Moore Stephens, Coopers & Lybrand and Venthams and has experience in international tax, mergers and acquisitions and deal structuring.
