Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding has been spotted in Dubai this week, reportedly nursing a broken heart after her break-up from DJ Tom Crane.

Pictured by the Sun in a skimpy bikini, Harding looked the picture of health as she enjoyed a cocktail in the grounds of her hotel.

The star has recently been on tour and is taking a well-earned break before the band head back to the studio.

Fellow Girls Aloud star and new X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole has also been enjoying the sunshine this week, as she holidayed in Spain with her footballer husband Ashley Cole.

Cheryl and Ashley stayed in the popular resort of Porto Banus near Marbella and, judging by the photographs published by several national newspapers, the couple are over their recent 'rough patch'.
