P&O Cruises has announced a series of 12-to-17 night European voyages that will depart from Southampton in the UK between April and October this year.
The five-strong fleet of gleaming superliners, Oceana, Oriana, Aurora, Arcadia and Artemis, will brave the boisterous Baltic Sea, scour Scandinavia and make the most of the unique magic of the Mediterranean.
September sees the childfree Artemis head for the Baltic destinations of Russia, Latvia and Estonia, taking in Germany, Denmark and Finland en route.
The 14-day trip will provide ample opportunity to sample the best the region has to offer, while the same length of time can be spent cruising the Mediterranean in May.
The Oceana's voyage will encompass southern France, Spain, Italy and "the Rock", or Gibraltar.
Finally, in June, P&O's Oriana will depart for the spectacular Norwegian Fjord landscape.
The company's New Zealand manager, Shannon Currie, said that P&O's fleet offered a classic British cruising experience.
She said: "An increasing number of travellers are discovering that cruising is the ideal way to see the many sights of Europe
without the hassle of border-crossing or hotel hopping."
