British actress Patsy Kensit has been enjoying the sunshine on the Spanish island of Majorca this week.

The 40-year-old Holby City actress reportedly travels to the island every year and described Majorca as one of the "most beautiful" places she has ever been to.

"It has sweeping cliffs, greenery, sea where the kids can swim and there are great water parks. I just love the food and sunshine."

Pictured in the Daily Mail, the star – who is holidaying with her partner Jeremy Healy and sons James and Lennon – looked trim and tanned in a short orange sun dress.

The actress spent time sunbathing by her hotel swimming pool and cooled off with a refreshing glass of sangria.

As Spain's largest island, Majorca boasts a number of popular holiday resorts including Santa Ponsa, Porto Cristo, Magaluf and Alcudia.
