At Go Travel Insurance we strive to be a friendly, professional and customer facing business. Our aim is to ensure the continual improvement of your experience as our customer, whether you are buying cheap single trip travel insurance or comprehensive annual multi-trip travel insurance cover for the whole family.We may not always achieve these goals, but we will always do our best, and we will listen and respond to any suggestions or complaints both formally and informally. We are proud to say over the years we have received positive endorsement from our customers and returning customers.
Our promise to our customers:
- To answer all telephone calls during office hours within 30 seconds.
- To answer all correspondence within a maximum of 5 working days from receipt.
- To have all enquiries dealt with by trained, professional staff empowered to give clear and concise answers.
- That Drakefield Claims Management (on behalf of underwriters and us) will determine claims within a maximum of 5 working days, once all necessary documentation has been received.
- That AXA Assistance (on behalf of underwriters and us) will provide global 24 hours a day, 365 days a year service.
- That we will provide a full premium refund, if for any reason the policy does not suit your particular needs. Providing that you are within the 14 days of purchase, no claim has arisen and travel or cover has not commenced.
- To investigate any complaint regarding the failure to deliver the above promise of service
