The travel insurance offered through Go Travel Insurance is provided by White Horse Ireland Limited. This selection has been made on the basis of the cover and the price that is available. Drakefield is not contractually obliged to offer this product from White Horse Ireland Limited and we reserve the right to change the Insurer without notice.

4. When buying travel insurance through Go Travel Insuranceyou will not receive advice or a recommendation from us for travel insurance. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed. Go Travel Insurance charges a different premium to customers who buy through our Call Centre. This reflects the higher transaction cost involved. Go Travel Insurance charges a fee of £3.50 to customers buying online who request a printed policy and certificate.

6. We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS.
