This is our 2nd year of buying European Annual travel insurance with your company and found your web site very easy to use, your benefits really good and your cost of insurance the cheapest I could find. I was so impressed I recommended your company to my brother-in-law and he also took out their travel insurance with you last year. I also found it really helpful that you e-mailed me to let me know that my renewal was due otherwise I would have forgotten!!! (SV)

Have just obtained the equivalent of the old E111 form through the useful link on your website. This has saved me a lot of time and hastle, going to the post office etc etc.

An excellent idea to have the link where it is (on the left during step 6 of travel insurance purchase). I bet there are a lot of people taking their old E111 forms on holiday, not realising the system's changed. (GS)

We had to claim last year for a 2 day delay on our holiday due to an airline strike. On telephoning Go-Travel for advice the the lady who spoke to me was very helpful and sympathetic. She sent me the claim forms out v.quickly and had explained them to me previously. I recieved the full compensation straight away with no problems at all.I have so much confidence with Go-Travel that I have purchased my insurance again for this year and i recommend you to friends and family. Great insurance and for a change your telephone people are user friendly, you can explain what you want and they sugest what would suit. Have bought annual and individual trip cover before and staff always helpfull.If there is a query they will listen and suggest what should be done or refere you to somebody who can help. (AS)

Good site, easily navigated & very competitive prices.

I was looking for a single trip insurance for my son who wants to do some jet skiing on holiday in Fuerteventura next month and I found it very easy to check inclusive activities covered in the policy without trawling through lengthy policy documents looking for small print.

I have recommended your site to my brother-in-law and his wife who are looking for annual multi-trip insurance. (JF)
